Who is responsible

The controller under the GDPR is Kai Bergquelle, GrowthLaunch, Leopoldstraße 42, 80802 München, Germany, contact@growthlaunch.net.

What we process and why

• Visiting the website. Our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, browser, date and time to deliver the site and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after a short period.
• Contacting us. When you email or call us, we use your details to answer and, if you buy, to deliver the work (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR).
• Client projects. Information, assets and account access you share are used only to deliver the agreed package and are kept for as long as the project and legal retention periods require.
• Fonts. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or transfer of your data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht.

We do not sell personal data and do not use it for automated decision-making.

Terms

• Packages. GrowthLaunch offers the App Store + Google Play Makeover ($179 one time), Website Launch ($199 one time) and Paid Growth ($249 per month). The scope of each package is as described on the website at the time of purchase.
• Timing. Delivery times start once all required information, assets and access are received.
• Revisions. One-time packages include up to three consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope. A new brief, concept, platform, service or extra pages are not revisions.
• Paid Growth. Month-to-month, covering management of one channel. Advertising spend is paid separately by the client, directly to the ad platform.
• Ownership. After full payment, the client owns the finished website and the approved creative deliverables.
• No guarantees. GrowthLaunch does not guarantee store approval, rankings, installs, customers, revenue or advertising results. Past client results do not predict future results.
• Law. German law applies. For merchants, the place of jurisdiction is Munich.

Refund and cancellation

If GrowthLaunch cannot deliver the agreed scope of a one-time package after the included revision rounds, you can request a refund.

The refund does not cover changed briefs, third-party costs, advertising spend, Paid Growth outcomes, store approval, rankings, installs, customers or revenue.

Paid Growth can be cancelled at the end of any monthly period by emailing contact@growthlaunch.net.
