Terms

These terms outline how GrowthLaunch services are delivered.

Services and scope

GrowthLaunch provides growth, marketing, website and app-store-related services. The scope of work is based on the purchased offer and agreed deliverables.

Information, assets and access

Clients must provide the information, assets and access reasonably necessary to complete the agreed work. Timelines begin once the required information, assets and access have been received.

Revisions and ownership

Revisions are limited to the agreed scope. Completed deliverables are transferred to the client where the purchased offer states ownership.

Paid Growth

Paid Growth is $249/month, month to month. Advertising spend is separate from the management fee. Future renewal may be cancelled, with service continuing through the end of the already-paid billing period.

Results and client responsibilities

Results are not guaranteed. Clients remain responsible for final business decisions, account approvals and lawful use of deliverables.

Payments, refunds and cancellation

Payment terms, including the non-refundable nature of one-time services and cancellation of future Paid Growth renewals, are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
