Refund & Cancellation

This policy describes the commercial terms for GrowthLaunch one-time services and Paid Growth subscriptions.

One-time services

GrowthLaunch one-time services are sold as non-refundable. Refunds are not offered before or after work starts.

Paid Growth subscriptions

Paid Growth costs $249/month and is month to month. You may cancel future renewal anytime.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period. Service continues through the end of that paid period. There is no prorated refund for the remaining days in the current paid billing period.

Once that paid period ends, no further monthly renewal will occur for the cancelled subscription.

Mandatory legal rights

This policy does not waive any applicable mandatory legal rights, if any.
