FAQ: Before We Get to Work
About Growth Launch
What exactly does Growth Launch do?
Growth Launch helps apps, SaaS, and web products move through three stages: getting ready to launch, finding traction and building on what already works. Depending on the stage, that can include positioning, competitor research, store or landing-page improvements, launch assets, performance creative, paid acquisition, conversion work and retention planning. We don’t recommend.
Who is this for?
We mainly work with founders, startups and small product teams that have built something real but don’t yet have a complete internal growth team. That includes indie founders, bootstrapped products, recently launched startups, small SaaS teams, mobile teams and early-funded companies that need focused growth support without hiring several separate specialists.
Do you develop apps or websites?
Product development is not part of our standard packages. We can improve landing-page copy, store pages, conversion assets and the way the product is presented. Coding, app development and major website development would need to be handled by your team or agreed separately. We’re happy to work alongside your developer or product.
Can we review before the final delivery?
Yes, we share with our clients the project drafts before we proceed with the final delivery. Feedback rounds are possible depending on the project.
Are source files included?
Final ready-to-use exports are included. Editable project files (Adobe/Figma, etc.) are optional paid add-ons if you need them.
How do we work together?
Pick a package, then complete the payment. We will then contact you with our quick onboarding form to help you share with us assets/access, and we will start within 24 hours with a clear timeline.
Choosing the Right Package
What packages do you offer?
GrowthLaunch currently offers three main packages. Launch Ready · $495 one-time For new or pre-launch products. It includes positioning and launch messaging, competitor research, store or landing-page copy and conversion assets, one premium launch or promotional video, three launch creatives with supporting copy and a 30-day launch action plan. Traction Sprint ·.
Which package is right for me?
Choose according to where your product is now. If you’re preparing to launch or your marketing foundation isn’t ready, start with Launch Ready. If the product is live but you’re unsure which messages, creatives or acquisition opportunities are worth scaling, choose Traction Sprint. If you already need consistent campaign management, creative refreshes,.
Should I request a Free Growth Snapshot or purchase directly?
If you’re unsure, start with the Free Growth Snapshot. We’ll look at the product, identify an important opportunity and suggest the most useful next step. The Snapshot is meant to help you choose. It doesn’t oblige you to purchase anything.
Are the packages customizable?
The main scope of each package is kept focused so expectations stay clear and the project doesn’t turn into an unlimited list of tasks. If you need additional markets, languages, creatives, channels or deliverables, we can add them separately or prepare a custom scope. Any additional cost is confirmed before the work.
How does Launch Ready change for apps, SaaS and web products?
For a mobile app, Launch Ready may focus on ASO, store copy, screenshots, app-preview creative and launch assets. For SaaS and web products, it shifts toward positioning, landing-page copy, conversion assets, launch creative and channel preparation. The objective stays the same: make the product clear, credible and ready to enter the market.
Do you manage paid advertising?
Yes, when it is included in the package. Traction Sprint and Growth Partner include the management of one selected paid acquisition channel. Launch Ready prepares the product and its launch assets, but it doesn’t include ongoing campaign management unless added separately.
Is advertising spend included in the package price?
No. Advertising spend is paid separately by the client and goes directly to the advertising platform. The package price covers our strategy, setup where included, management, creative work, testing and optimization.
How do you decide which acquisition channel to manage?
We look at the product, audience, market, location, pricing, conversion journey, available budget and any performance data you already have. The channel is agreed with you before campaign work begins. We would rather focus properly on one relevant channel than spread a limited budget across several platforms without enough data to learn.
Starting and Working Together
What happens after I purchase a package?
You’ll receive a confirmation and a short onboarding form. We’ll ask for the information and assets needed for the project, review everything and confirm the timeline, priorities and first steps. Work begins once onboarding is complete and we have the information or access required for the agreed scope.
What will you need from me?
That depends on the product and package, but it will usually include: Your website, store listing, product link, or demo Brand assets such as the logo, colours and fonts A short explanation of the product and its audience Target countries or markets Existing marketing materials Relevant campaign or conversion data Important launch.
Will you need access to our accounts?
Only when the work requires it. Creative and positioning projects may not require administrative access at all. Campaign management, analytics or direct page implementation may require access to the relevant advertising, analytics, website or store account. We only request the permissions needed for the agreed work. Access can be shared through the.
How quickly can you start?
The start date depends on current availability and how quickly onboarding is completed. You’ll receive a confirmed start date and timeline before work begins. If you have a fixed launch date or urgent deadline, contact us before purchasing so we can confirm that the timing is realistic.
How long does each package take?
Traction Sprint runs for 30 days. Growth Partner works on a monthly cycle. Launch Ready follows a defined project timeline based on the product, required assets and the information available at the start. The exact schedule is confirmed after we review the onboarding material. Additional languages, markets or deliverables can extend the.
Can we review the work before final delivery?
Yes. We share drafts at the appropriate stages so you can review the direction and provide feedback before the final files are completed or published.
Are revisions included?
Revision opportunities are included as described on the package or order page. Feedback should relate to the agreed direction and scope. A completely new direction, additional deliverables or requests outside the original scope may require an add-on. If that happens, we’ll explain it and confirm the cost before doing the extra work.
Can you work with our existing developer, designer or marketing team?
Yes. GrowthLaunch can work alongside internal teams, freelancers, developers, media buyers or other partners already involved in the product. We’ll agree who is responsible for each part at the beginning so tasks aren’t duplicated and important work doesn’t fall between teams.
How will we communicate during the project?
We agree on a primary project channel during onboarding and use it for updates, feedback and approvals. Traction Sprint includes regular optimization updates. Growth Partner includes ongoing communication and a monthly performance review. We keep communication straightforward and avoid unnecessary meetings unless a call would genuinely help the work move forward.
Are editable source files included?
Final approved and ready-to-use exports are included. Editable working files such as Figma, Adobe or project files are included only when stated in the package or agreed as an add-on. If editable files are important to your team, mention this before the project starts so it can be confirmed in the scope.
Performance and Expectations
How soon will we see results?
There is no honest universal timeline. Some improvements can affect conversion soon after they are published. Acquisition campaigns need enough budget, traffic and time to produce useful data. Organic discovery and retention usually take longer. The first 30 days are often about identifying early signals, weak points and stronger creative or message.
Will I receive performance updates?
Yes, when performance management is part of the package. Traction Sprint includes regular optimization and a final 60-day growth plan. Growth Partner includes ongoing performance monitoring and a monthly report with priorities for the next cycle. Launch Ready is primarily a preparation and asset package. Performance measurement begins once the work is.
How do you measure success?
We choose the metrics according to the product, package and growth stage. These may include: Click-through rate Cost per click Cost per install or acquisition Store-page conversion Landing-page conversion Installs, signups or customers Activation Retention Revenue or customer value Not every metric matters equally for every product. We agree on the main.
Can you guarantee installs, revenue, ROI or a number-one ranking?
No credible agency can guarantee a specific ranking, number of users or financial return. Results also depend on product quality, market demand, pricing, competition, budget and the experience users have after they arrive. We commit to the agreed work, clear communication, informed recommendations and a serious testing process. We won’t invent certainty.
What happens if a campaign isn’t performing?
We look at where the problem is occurring. That may mean changing the message, testing new creative, adjusting targeting, improving the store or landing page or reconsidering the channel. If the available evidence suggests that continuing to spend is not sensible, we’ll tell you. The purpose of testing is to make better.
Payment, Changes and Cancellation
How does payment work?
Launch Ready and Traction Sprint are one-time packages and are paid before the project begins. Growth Partner is billed monthly. Advertising spend, optional add-ons and any work outside the package scope are paid separately. The final amount is always shown before payment.
How does Growth Partner billing and cancellation work?
Growth Partner is billed on a monthly cycle. Any minimum commitment, renewal date or notice requirement will be shown clearly on the package and checkout pages before you subscribe. Cancellation requests are handled according to the Refund and Cancellation Policy available in the website footer.
Can I upgrade or change packages later?
Yes. A product may begin with Launch Ready, move into Traction Sprint and later continue through Growth Partner. If your needs change during an active project, contact us before purchasing another package. We’ll review the current scope and recommend the cleanest next step without duplicating work.
What is your refund policy?
Refund eligibility depends on the package, whether onboarding has been completed and whether custom work has already started. The full conditions are explained in the Refund and Cancellation Policy linked in the website footer. If you have a payment or scope concern, contact us as early as possible so we can review.
